These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.tejaspwc.com (https://www.tejaspwc.com) and the pest control, weed control, termite, lawn, and related services provided by Tejas Pest and Weed Control (“TejasPWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling work, using our website, calling or texting us, or accepting service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms include the SMS disclosures carriers and The Campaign Registry typically require for two-way business texting. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed Texas attorney.

2. Services
We provide residential and commercial pest control, termite and WDI-related services, TDA-licensed weed control, and lawn and ornamental treatments. Scope, materials, timing, and price are described in the quote, work order, invoice, or conversation that applies to your job.
Field conditions in West Texas (weather, access, irrigation, construction, and pest pressure) can affect results. No treatment eliminates every pest forever. Follow-up and exclusion steps may be required.
3. Quotes, Scheduling, and Access
Quotes are estimates unless we state a firm price in writing. You agree to provide safe access to the property, disclose known hazards (pets, children, wells, ponds, beehives, chemical sensitivities, locked gates), and keep people and pets away from treated areas as instructed. If we arrive and cannot safely perform the work because of access, weather, or conditions you did not disclose, a trip or reschedule fee may apply.
4. Payment
Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We may require payment before or at the time of service. Late or returned payments may incur reasonable collection costs. You are responsible for charges you authorize, including card payments processed through our invoicing tools.
5. Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot keep an appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a reasonable trip fee, especially for longer rural routes.
6. Warranties and Results
Any warranty is limited to what we state in writing for that service (for example, a stated re-treat window after a quarterly pest visit). Warranties do not cover new infestations from neighboring properties, customer-caused conditions, construction openings, standing water, or failure to follow preparation instructions. Termite work is governed by the specific contract and any applicable Texas requirements for that job.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description: We use text messaging (including two-way SMS through Jobber and a dedicated business number) to communicate about quotes, appointments, technician arrival, invoices, payments, service updates, customer support, and occasional service reminders or offers related to pest, weed, termite, and lawn work.
By providing your mobile number on our website, over the phone, in person, or by texting us first, you consent to receive SMS messages from Tejas Pest and Weed Control at that number.
Message frequency varies based on your jobs and replies. You may receive multiple messages around a scheduled visit and fewer messages at other times.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.
Consent is not required to buy services. You may choose phone or email instead.
Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. You may also call (432) 934-5248 or email bmerrill@tejaspwc.com. After STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop automated texts to that number.

8. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes: learning about our services and requesting work. You may not scrape, attack, overload, or misuse the site, or submit false contact information. All site content, logos, and photos belong to TejasPWC or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, TejasPWC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service, except where Texas law does not allow that limit (including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where such a waiver is unenforceable). You remain responsible for structural repairs, exclusion work we did not perform, and conditions outside the treated area.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TejasPWC and its owner and workers harmless from claims arising out of inaccurate information you provided, unsafe conditions you failed to disclose, or your misuse of products or treated areas after we leave.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the state courts serving Andrews County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The Last Updated date will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
